I graduated from the Faculty of Al Alsun (Languages and Translation) at Ain Shams University in 2018, specializing in the Italian department with English as a second language. I worked as a freelance translator for Ros El Yossef newspaper, and then as a tour guide for a tourist company. After completing my military service, I worked as an Italian Customer Service Representative at PayPal (Money Transfer Services). I was then promoted to the risk team, working as an Italian Customer Compliance Specialist at PayPal, where I still work. Additionally, I work as a freelance Italian-Arabic translator and vice versa on the "Khamsat" platform and LinkedIn
